You will have seen a lot in the news this week about Royal Mail’s postage increases. As well us significantly upping the cost of 1st and 2nd class stamps, contract postage costs for businesses have also risen dramatically by 27% in one year!

As you know we have operated a free delivery policy for the past ten years – so it is with a heavy heart that we are now forced to reconsider this.

Regrettably, as of Monday the 2nd of April 2012 when the new Royal Mail prices take effect we shall no longer be able to offer a free delivery service, and all UK orders will have a £1 delivery charge added to them.

For European orders the postal charges have also dramatically increased and unavoidably our set rates will be:
£7.00 for up to 1kg
£12.00 up to 2.5 kg
and £26.00 up to 5kg.

For US shipping the rates are increasing to:
upto 1kg £12.00
1kg-2kg £24.00
2kg-3kg £36.00
3kg-4kg £48.00

If you are an overseas customer it is always worth emailing us directly with your order as we can then obtain quotes with other carriers, as on some routes these now undercut Royal Mail.
