Today we are giving away this cast iron tea pot. Which is lovely, I have been gazing longingly at it all week.

That strikes me as a rather tall tea pot, most of the cast iron ones I have seen are shorter.
This is simply beautiful.. I’m desperate for an iron pot, and this is lovely!
Crossing my fingers
Well my research says that cast iron absorbs heat evenly meaning a gradual, even heating which infuses the greatest amount of tea flavor into the water. Not only do you get more of the flavor, but the nutrients that provide the health benefits of green tea and black tea are also infused into the water. But the clincher for me (compared to ceramic tea pots) is – they bounce if you drop them! Would love one…
That’s a beautiful teapot. I have one like that, but much smaller. So I really need the larger one. Mine is quite squat, and doesn’t hold that much tea. Do be careful not to drop one of these; they’re quite heavy.
Wish me luck!
Very nice teapot!
That is a rather beautiful pot, would be the perfect way to introduce my colleagues to some good loose leaf tea!
A large iron tea pot means ‘communal tea.’ What can be better than tea? Sharing tea!
