Labels and ink are in and I have been busy getting teas back on the shelves. Back in stock are Assam Panitola, Assam Halmari, Bancha. Temple of Heaven, Rhubarb Spritzer, Darjeeling Okatyi and Second Flush Margaret’s Hope, and Elderberries.
The lockdown in India was extended until the 1st June, so spoons and First Flush Darjeelings are still stuck. I am told that the quality of the pre- lockdown teas is good, anything made after lockdown is not good. This is likely (along with the fall in GBP to USD) to mean higher prices in the pre-lockdown teas and that stocks will run out very early this year, assuming anyone can actually get hole of them.
