Made in the same style as the Chinese version, this Bai Mu Dan is hand plucked and handmade in Nepal. The bud and top two tender leaves are carefully plucked and dried under a hot sun.
The liquor is a little darker than it is China cousin, smoother, dry with a more complex structure. It is not fruity like the African whites and it is a different flavour set to the China whites. Low astringency and forgiving (I forgot about it and steeped it for ten minutes and it was stronger, but still very agreeable)
