Jin Xuan (golden daylilly) is a specially developed cultivar which when processed into oolong tea has strong, buttery, creamy notes (often described as milky). There is a little light astringency, a medium body and a good tea flavour underneath the sweet, creamy notes. If you sniff the cup after drinking you get strong notes of Werthers originals.
Best brewed in a Gaiwan.
