This part of trial order of teas from a new Taiwanese tea maker.
A light oolong made from the Si Ji Chuan cultivar (also known as four seasons). Grown in Minjian at a altitude of 600m, and harvested in late April.
Bao Zhong is also known as pouchong. It is a large green leafed tea, with a great aroma on the dry leaf. The liquor is light and refreshing with floral notes, overlying a complex set of favours.
Best brewed in a gaiwan.
