This part of trial order of teas from a new Taiwanese tea maker.
Harvested at the end of April, in Nantou County. Leaves grown at 400-600 meters, from the Si Ji Chan cultivar (also known as Four Seasons) are processed in a nitrogen rich atmosphere to increase the levels of GABA in the leaves.
It is a balled oolong. With light brown leaves, a smooth gentle easy drinking tea with a touch of astringency, a light body and easy drinking.
6g in gaiwan with water 80-90 degrees depending on the flavours you are looking to pull out. Will do several steeps.
