Cocoa nibs make a fabulous infusion, all the flavours of a really good chocolate, without all the added fat, sugar and other ingredients that are added to chocolate bars.
Cocoa nibs are carefully roasted to bring out the flavours, just add a teaspoon, pour boiling water and let it sit for five minutes. You can infuse the nibs repeatedly.
