Potent!
This is a particularly good quality valerian. It is potent and I find I only need a little to feel its benefits. I use it at night to aid sleep. Personally I don't like the flavour of valerian, so I mix it with other soothing herbs like chamomile, passionflower, lavender and rose buds to create a delicious and soporific brew.
