Dandelion Leaf has long been drunk as a tea and a folk remedy. It goes by many names, which give a flavour of some of its traditional uses.
The leaves brew up to a light liquor, with earthy and herbal notes and a little bit of astringency. Goes well blended with several other herbs and can be sweetened to taste with a little honey, maple or sugar, or even a bit of lemon juice or peel.
This one has been carefully sourced from Hungary is pure dandelion with nothing added or taken away.
