A new garden for this year. Balasun is South of Monteviot run by the same group as Puttabong.
The leaf is large with lots of downy tip and an even make. The first steep has a fuller astringency and mineral notes and the second steep pulls out a bit of balance along with the traditional Darjeeling aromatics. From the DJ06 lot.
